7. Tender

A tender in the Rootie system represents a structured process in which a buyer publishes a demand for a specific product and sellers can respond with their offers. It is a transparent way to obtain the best available offer from multiple sellers under the same conditions.

The tender contains all necessary commercial and logistics information so that sellers can immediately prepare a relevant offer. Once published, the tender becomes visible to all sellers on the platform.

The buyer can then view all submitted offers and choose the one that suits them best. After the offer is accepted, the tender is automatically closed.
